Mango Tango
Ingredients:
2 oz. Raksi
1 oz. mango purée or mango juice
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. honey syrup
Ice cubes
Sparkling water to top off
2-3 Mint Leaves
Lime wheel (for garnish)
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle mint leaves to release their essence. Add Raksi, mango purée or juice, fresh lime juice, and honey syrup, then fill with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice, top with sparkling water, and garnish with a sprig of mint or a lime wheel.
Himalayan Mule
Ingredients:
2 oz. Raksi
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
4 – 6 oz. of ginger beer
Ice cubes
Lime wheel (for garnish)
Fresh mint (optional)
Instructions:
Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice. Pour in the Raksi and fresh lime juice, then top with ginger beer. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lime wheel or a sprig of fresh mint for a refreshing finish.
