Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Raksi
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- Ice cubes
- 2 slices of jalapeño (with seeds for extra heat, without for a milder flavor)
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
In a shaker, muddle jalapeño slices with lime juice to release their fiery flavor. Add Raksi, simple syrup, a pinch of salt, and ice cubes, then shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel.
Mango Tango

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Raksi
- 1 oz. mango purée or mango juice
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. honey syrup
- Ice cubes
- Sparkling water to top off
- 2-3 Mint Leaves
Lime wheel (for garnish)
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle mint leaves to release their essence. Add Raksi, mango purée or juice, fresh lime juice, and honey syrup, then fill with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice, top with sparkling water, and garnish with a sprig of mint or a lime wheel.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Raksi
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 4 – 6 oz. of ginger beer
- Ice cubes
Lime wheel (for garnish)
Fresh mint (optional)
Instructions:
Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice. Pour in the Raksi and fresh lime juice, then top with ginger beer. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lime wheel or a sprig of fresh mint for a refreshing finish.
